Accounts

KeepAClip uses Zettaura ID for email-code sign-in and supported single sign-on handoffs. Your verified identity is shared with other Zettaura products, while KeepAClip keeps its own access tier and application records. Authentication and product-access records identify KeepAClip as the source product; single sign-on records also identify the originating product. Existing two-factor authentication remains required when enabled on your account. KeepAClip does not collect a password. Email sign-in challenges expire at the time shown in the sign-in screen and email. Temporary challenge and rate-limit records expire automatically.

An essential, HTTP-only cookie maintains your sign-in session. Short-lived access tokens are kept in browser memory, not local storage. A non-secret browser marker synchronizes sign-out between tabs. These sign-in features are separate from optional analytics and advertising.

Media and download history

The service reads the public URL you submit to locate supported media. A file may pass through the download gateway as a bounded stream, but is not written to server storage. Signed download links expire after ten minutes. Files are handed to your browser for saving to your device.

Download history is stored in this browser, separated by account, and is not synced to the cloud. It includes source links, filenames, file sizes, media types, and dates. You can export or clear it in Settings. Turning off history removes the current account's local index. Clearing history does not delete downloaded files.

Payments

Web payments are handled by Razorpay. KeepAClip stores payment references, amounts, currency, subscription status, and access expiry to verify purchases and synchronize premium access. Card and banking details are entered into the payment provider's checkout, not stored by KeepAClip.

Service records

The service records account actions, daily and monthly download counts, transferred bytes, and temporary transfer reservations needed for rate limits, billing verification, support, and abuse prevention. Submitted source URLs and signed download links are excluded from normal request traces. ZIP files are assembled in browser memory rather than cloud storage. Hosting providers may process network information as part of operating the service.

Optional analytics and advertising

Optional analytics and advertising are off by default. Your choices are available in Settings. Analytics, when enabled, records product events without submitted media URLs. Advertising requires publisher approval and a configured consent-management platform. Pro accounts do not display ads. When configured and consented, Google Ads conversion measurement sends the verified live payment reference, currency, and amount, without account email or media URLs. A local transaction marker prevents duplicate reporting. Personalized advertising and enhanced conversions are not enabled. Global Privacy Control is respected for advertising and conversion measurement. You can withdraw optional consent at any time.

Deletion and retention

Deleting your KeepAClip account cancels active KeepAClip web subscriptions, revokes KeepAClip sign-in sessions, removes KeepAClip application records, and clears the current account's history in this browser. Your shared Zettaura ID account and access to other products are not deleted. A hashed account identifier is retained for up to two hours to reject stale requests after deletion. Local histories in other browsers are not remotely accessible to KeepAClip and can be cleared there. Payment providers and the shared identity service retain their own records under their policies and applicable requirements.
