Using the service

KeepAClip locates supported publicly accessible images and videos and lets authenticated users save them to their own devices. It is not a cloud media storage, backup, editing, or social-network service.

Your responsibility

Download only content you own or have permission to save. Public availability does not by itself grant permission to copy or reuse content. Respect source-platform rules and the rights of creators. Do not use the service to access private accounts, bypass paywalls or DRM, evade network controls, or perform abusive automated requests.

Availability and limits

Source websites can change or block access. KeepAClip does not promise support for every page, platform, or file. Both download-count and data allowances apply; the first limit reached pauses further transfers without automatic overage charges. Daily allowances reset at 00:00 UTC. Monthly allowances reset on the first of each calendar month at 00:00 UTC, including annual plans, without rollover. Preview traffic and bytes sent during failed transfers count toward data usage but not completed-download credits. An interrupted server may temporarily reserve an allowance until reconciliation. Signed links expire, and finding media again may be necessary.

Plans and payments

Available prices and billing periods are displayed before checkout. Pro is offered monthly or annually with recurring billing, subject to the disclosed authorization term. Annual billing charges the full annual amount, not a monthly installment. New lifetime plans are not offered. Access is granted only after server-side payment verification. Cancelling renewal preserves access through the paid period; account deletion cancels active web subscriptions. Contact support about refunds, service failures, or billing disputes, subject to applicable rights and payment-provider rules.

Pro supports up to 20 links per batch and ZIP archives up to 250 MB. Each transferred file counts separately. ZIP archives are assembled in your browser; no cloud backup is created. Browser memory, source availability, and the remaining data allowance may limit a batch. Files already transferred still count if a later file prevents the archive from completing.

Account security

Keep your sign-in provider account secure and sign out on shared devices. Access may be restricted where needed to protect the service, address abuse, or comply with applicable requirements.
